deSIAM Thai Soup Tom Kha Mild is mild soup. Thai Soup Tom Kha with galangal & lemongrass. It is the perfect blend of taste and health.

Ingredients

Tamarind Juice (Tamarind, Water), Galangal Roots 16%, Soybean Oil, Lemongrass Stem 11.4%, Shallots, Salt, Sugar, Coriander Roots, Red Chilli, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Water, Salt, Sugar And Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid.

Instructions For Use

Boil 500ml of water. Add 2 small shallots (whole). Add 250g chicken breast, sliced. Bring to the boil. Add 120g mushrooms (quartered) and 2 tomatoes (sliced) simmer for a while. Add sachet of tom kha paste. Add 165ml coconut cream and 1tbsp. Fish sauce. Simmer until cooked through. Add 1tbsp. Lime juice, garnish with fresh coriander and serve in soup bowls.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 1 week.
