TASTING NOTES This wine has a lovely deep garnet colour. A fine bouquet reveals aromas of black fruit complemented by a touch of cassis, all subtly lifted by a hint of vanilla spice. On the palate, the initial impression is precise and linear; the palate shows ripe, well balanced and well integrated tannins. Overall a wine with charm, elegance and freshness and a very nice clean finish. DESCRIPTION Harvest Exclusively hand picked Ageing In French oak barrels (75% new barrels each vintage) for between 16 to 18 months depending on the vintage. INFORMATION DETAILS Grape Variety: 75% Cabernet Sauvignon - 20% Merlot - 5% Cabernet Franc ABV: 13.5%

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
