TASTING NOTES Fresh grapefruit and citrus notes, rich notes of pineapple and other exotic sweets, generous fragrances of honey, the bouquet is simply beautiful. On the palate, the wine shows off an elegance upon a dense texture that offers a certain roundness and finesse. This wine achieves the perfect balance with an energetic acidity that extends the aromatic development on a long finish. DESCRIPTION Aged on the fine lees in 225-litre barrels, and regularly stirred INFORMATION DETAILS Alcohol: 13.5% General INFORMATION DETAILS Sauvignon Blanc (50%), Semillon (45%) and a touch of Sauvignon Gris (5%)

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
