TASTING NOTES Deep, almost opaque in colour, intense cassis domainates the bouquet but there is also a delicious freshness. Aged in 25% new oak, the palate is brooding, meaty and sturdy, balanced with beautifully ripe tannins and notes of cedar. INFORMATION DETAILS Grape Mix: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot, 6% Pedit Verdot %Alc.Vol.: 12.5%

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
