TASTING NOTES Dark, this garnet-colored wine releases rich fragrances recalling the spices and the prune. Round and greedy, the attack leaves space for smooth and long tannins as well as nutmeg notes. Tasteful, the finish reveals the great personality of this wine that has a taste of black fruits and spices. This wine can age for two or three years in a cellar. DESCRIPTION Average age of the vines: 35 year old Ageing in oak barrels: 12 to 15 months Age of the barrels: 50% to 70% new, 50% to 30% one year old INFORMATION DETAILS Grape varieties: 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc ABV: 13%

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
