Bob's Red Mills's Organic Steel Cut Oats are simply whole oat groats that have been cut into neat little pieces on a steel buhr mill. Bob's Red Mill uses high protein, whole grain organic oats that have been lightly toasted to create our hearty steel cut oats.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE::

Top with classic additions like butter, brown sugar or maple syrup, or think outside the bowl and go with savory toppings like peanut butter and sriracha hot sauce.

STOREAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Store in a clean, cool, dry and odourless place, away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze.
