Details

Refined and generous, blackberry aromas combining subtly with peppery notes. Fresh and fruity, with elegant tannins and flavours characterized by blackberry and spice. Pair well with meat dishes, roasts, pasta, risotto and mature cheeses. The famed Rothschild family, proprietors of several Bordeaux estates, opened a winery in Chile in 1997. Accented with dark fruit and eucalyptus, this blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenère is the ideal companion to everyday fare such as grilled beef, burgers or sausages.

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
