TASTING NOTES The wine has a nose of cherries and herbs. On the palate, there was pronounced raspberry, rosemary and pepper with just a touch of cranberry on the finish. There's great balance and acidity that makes the wine effortless to drink. Bottles of good Cab Franc always go down so easily! DESCRIPTION Joël Taluau is a fabulous grower in St. Nicolas de Bourgueil known for making some of the purest expressions of Cabernet Franc in the Loire, which are unmarred by the intrusion of oak. Their Expression comes from vines up to 35 years old, planted on a hillside with clay and limestone. The terroir is perfect for a youthful expression of Cabernet Franc that's immediately drinkable and fresh, with vibrant violet and white pepper notes to complement the red fruit.

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
