Ingredients
Fresh vegetables and fruits extract 23% (lemongrass 9%, onion, shallot onion, garlic, pineapple, spring onion), fish sauce (anchovy, salt), sugar, (high fructose corn syrup 55%), soya sauce, palm oil, oyster sauce, salt, corn starch,INS 621, INS 631, INS 627, INS 640, INS 160c(i), INS 150a, INS 420 (ii), synthetic fragrance, INS 415.
Instructions For Use
Direction for use: 1 pack Lemongrass Sauce for Grilled Meat use for 600g spare ribs/rib chop/pot belly/lean meat.
1. Clean, drain, and cut spare ribs into bite-sized pieces
2. Marinate spare ribs with Vi Xua Lemongrass Sauce for Grilled Meat and cooking oil in 60-90 minutes.
3. Place spare ribs on charcoal grill. Flip spare ribs over occasionally and brush remaining marinade on surface during grilling. Grill spare ribs until yellow-brown and softened (for electric oven, grill at 1750C in 15 minutes each side)
4. Serve in a plate and enjoy with steamed rice.

Storage Instructions
Keep in dry, cool place, avoid direct sunlight and once opened, keep refrigerated.
