TASTING NOTES Fine, rich, intense. Some black fruit, spices, cassis. Quite complex, very long. Develops in mouth very good. DESCRIPTION Harvest: Manual harvesting in 15 kg capacity picking baskets. Xinomavro October 4th, Mavrodaphne October 2nd Ageing: 36 months in Allie – Bertrange at 200% (18+18) new oak casks and 12 months in bottle. No treatment or filtration before bottling. INFORMATION DETAILS ABV: 14.5% Well paired with rich meat dishes, grilled or with rich sauces, cooked with vegetables, roots and wine. Marinated game, with chestnuts and plums. Full body mature creamy cheeses with intense and full favour. Best served at 16-18ο C. (60,8-64,4 ο F).

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
