TASTING NOTES The Colombard Ugni Blanc vintage is the flagship reference of the domain and is the perfect example of a quality wine of Gascony. This wine is very nice and intense on the nose and releases notes of exotic fruits, citrus fruits, accompanied with a hint of mint. On the palate it is very frank, with a nice liveliness at first taste. In the mid-palate, we feel more body and a nice ripen fruits flavor. It a very pleasant wine full of freshness. DESCRIPTION The Uby Estate, in the heart of Côtes de Gascogne, cannot be missed! The know-how and the experience of its cellar master is a true guarantee of high-quality. The Uby Estate cultivates 10 different grape varieties, in an eco-friendly way. Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
