The black truffle sauce of il Tartufo di Paolo is made from Scorzone truffle, inevitably loved and a friend of every occasion. The black truffle has a less strong scent than white one, but lasts longer. So, the summer black truffle sauce is very suitable for cooking with a variety of food such as eggs, pasta and meat. Ingredients

mushrooms, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vittad) 10%, porcini mushrooms (boletus edulis and related group), extra virgin olive oil, black olives, capers, anchovies, spices, salt, aroma.
