A Japanese rice cracker with a twist! These rice crackers, known in Japanese as ‘yuki no yado’ (snowed roof), have a sweet flavoured coating on top that looks just like fallen snow, and is made from condensed milk and cream from Hokkaido. This sweet flavour is then contrasted with a savoury flavoured seasoning. These crackers are immensely popular in Japan and we are positive that you will love them, too.

Ingredients

Nonglutinous Rice, Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Modified Starch, Tapioca Starch, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Glycine, Disodium Succinate, Skim Milk, Gelatin, Lactosucrose, Lactose, Hydorlyzed Soy Protein, Fresh Cream, Condensed Milk, Soy Sauce Powder(Soybeans, Wheat, Sant, Water), Soy Lecithin.
