Instructions For Use
Ideal for giving extra colour, flavour, and texture to dishes. It is especially suitable for dishes needing very long cooking times such as ragoùs, stews and one-pot wonders. It is also ideal for short cooking time meals such as when preparing a sauce for pasta or sauces, and for side sauces. For 1 kg of Double Concentrate, you need 5.5 kg of fresh tomatoes.
