Button mushrooms have thick, spherical, round caps, and smooth, patternless caps. The mushroom body is cylindrical, with a thickness of about 1.5-2cm, and the stem is about 2-3cm high depending on the size. Mushroom meat is fatty and crispy, so it is very popular for use in cuisine, such as preparing hot pot dishes, soups or eating raw with sauce in restaurants. Instructions For Use

Remove dirt from the mushroom base (if any) and use a knife/scissor to cut slightly to remove the blackish part at the bottom first.
Just wash them briefly by placing them in a bowl of water, stirring gently, rubbing the mushroom caps very lightly and then draining.
Use a knife to cut the mushrooms into thin/thick slices or cut the legs, keeping the mushroom caps intact, and split them into stars depending on the style of each dish you prepare.

Storage Instructions

Store in the refrigerator at 3-5 degrees
