They say it's noteworthy for its delicacy and mirrors the fragility of the raspberry. Fruit eau-de-vie is generally a drier taste but with aromas and character that reminds intensely of the fruit. - Very subtle floral notes of white flowers. - Intense fruity notes, with an initial perception of fresh fruit which is overlapped by ripe fruit and the fruit in the form of a jam or preserve. - Very noticeable spiced notes at the finish, creating the final phase of this organoleptic profile.

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
