TASTING NOTES The panel chose a red Saint Mont with a nose of ripe black fruits and blackcurrant flowing into liquorice and spice notes. Wonderful attack with freshness and power intimating at substantial ageing capacity. DESCRIPTION For more than 30 years, driven by their passion and faith, our winegrowers have replanted our ancestral grape varieties. Along with the climate and terroir of Saint-Mont, this confers a great authenticity to our wines. Tannat, Pinenc, Arrufiac and Petit Courbu will speak to you with the accent and style of our winegrowers. Traditionally, long ageing red wines were passed on the future generations. In order to avoid temperature variations, seniors used to bury bottles in soil. These powerful and structuRED WINEs were identified with a wooden or zinc label. Thus, the “Plaimont Producteurs” have chosen to renew this tradition with “Le Faîte de Saint-Mont”. INFORMATION DETAILS 75% Tannat for aromatic power and good ageing potential 15% Pinenc for finesse, elegance and an exceptional aromatic freshness 10% Cabernet Sauvignon for raciness and freshness ABV: 13.5%

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
