One year later, Elmhurst 1925 reopened its doors to make the best dairy alternatives around, with minimal ingredients and superior nutrition. Now, we are on a mission to make the transition easier for everyone because we believe in a higher standard for plant-based products. By maximizing the nutrients from the source, there is no need for unnecessary additives like gums or fillers. Simpler is better.
