Ingredients
Ginger 82%, Sunflower Oil, Sugar, Salt, Acidity Regulator, Citric Acid, Acetic Acid And Thickener Xanthan Gum.
Instructions For Use
Ginger Chicken: Heat 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil in a sauce pan. Stir-fry 1/2 onion (Sliced) until soft. Add 80g mushrooms (halved). 1/2 bell pepper (sliced). Stir-fry until soft, set aside. Stir-fry 150g chicken (diced) until cooked through. Add cooked vegetables, 1 sachet of ginger paste. 6 Tbsp. water, 1 Tbsp. sugar. 1 Tbsp. fish sauce. Bring to the boil. Lower the heat and simmer for a while. Serve with steamed white rice.
Storage Instructions
Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
