TASTING NOTES This dry white wine is provided with a very high content of white fruits flavors. The palate is roundness and surprising. This wine embellished your palate and then a note of freshness pretty nice with seafood, fish, chicken or just for a friendly drink. Serve it fresh. Drink within 2 years to enjoy the aromatic complexity and the freshness of the wine. DESCRIPTION Soils: Gravels and clay Vineyard: Vinegrowing to respect the environment. Natural weed in the vineyard. Harvest: Mechanical harvest with sorting of the grapes in the vineyard and winery Vinification: Ageing on fine lees until bottling. Stirring of the lees twice a week during 2 months. INFORMATION DETAILS Grape Varieties: Sémillon - Sauvignon - Muscadelle ABV: 13%

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
