Ideal in the morning, mixed with cottage cheese, dried fruits and honey. Do not cook.

Instructions For Use
Used to add directly to fish dishes, meat, salads, pastas, sauces,… to enhance the flavor of the dish. Not recommended for cooking because the oil is easily degraded at high temperatures.
Storage Instructions
Best before the date indicated on the bottle and within 3 months after opening. Store away from heat and light before opening, and in the refrigerator after opening.
