Whole Grain Oats, Brown Sugar, Cane Sugar, Chia Seed, Flaxseed, Sea Salt, Natural Maple Flavor (Maltodextrin, Modified Food Starch, Caramel Color, Natural Flavors).
Instructions For Use
Add hot water to fill line and stir. Cover and let stand for 3 minutes. Stir again and enjoy.
