Ingredients
Fresh vegetables and fruits extract 33% (tarmarind, onion, garlic, ginger, spring onion), sugar, salt, fish sauce, paste tomato, high fructose corn syrup, soya sauce, palm oil, corn starch, INS 621, INS 631, INS 627, INS 270, INS 330, INS 160c (i)), INS 415.
Instructions For Use
Direction for use: 1 pack Sauce for Sweet&Sour Spare Ribs/Pork use for 500g spare ribs/pork
1. Fry the garlic and shallot until fragant, add spare ribs/pork and stir -fry until they get the firm texture.
2. Add Sauce For Sweet & Sour Spare Ribs/Pork, stir for two minutes
3. Pour water to nearly cover spare ribs/pork. Simmer until the sauce is thicken , the spare ribs/pork are cooked and absorbed.
4. Serve in a plate and enjoy with steamed rice.
