Ingredients
Fresh vegetables and fruits extract 36.77% (lemongrass, onion, shallot, garlic, chili, spring onion), palm oil, sugar, fish sauce (anchovy, salt), salt, flavor enhancer (INS 621, INS 631, INS 627), paste tomato, five spices powder, high fructose corn syrup, corn starch, INS 300, INS 307b, INS 160c (i), INS 415.
Instructions For Use
Direction for use: 1 pack sauce for stewed beef use for 400g beef.
1. Marinate meat with Barona Sauce for stewed beef in 20 minutes.
2. Fry shallot,garlic and lemon grass until fragrant, add marinated meat and turn occasionally until they get the firm texture. Pour water in a pot, cover and heat with low heat in 60 - 70 minutes.
3. Add carrots and continue cooking until the meat is tender (about 20-30 minutes). Finally, add onions and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Serve in a plate. Enjoy with steamed rice , noodle or bread.

Storage Instructions
