In 2024, Annam Gourmet officially installed 408 solar panels, covering an area of 1,225m² on the rooftop of Annam Central Kitchen. This system generates nearly 270,421 kWh of clean electricity each year, enough to power all baking ovens – the core energy source of our production process. The initiative is aimed at:

• - Reducing approximately 184 tons of CO₂ emissions per year (based on EVN’s published emission factor)
• - Achieving an environmental impact equivalent to planting 7,377 new trees
• - Bringing the production process closer to the ultimate goal of carbon neutrality
