Gorgonzola cheese is also known as blue cheese, in addition to cow's milk, penicillin spores are also cultured to create a beautiful blue pattern for the finished cheese. Depending on maturity they are divided into 2 categories: Gorgonzola Dolce aged for about two months, quite soft, creamy and has a mild taste with notes of butter, cream and less sour, while Gorgonzola Piccante is aged in the least three months, harder, crunchier and the taste pungent.
Pasteurized milk, salt, enzyme rennet.

This cheese can be enjoyed in a number of ways: melted into risottos or pasta, mashed in salads or simply served as an appetizer with fresh fruits, vegetables and nuts.
Refrigerated at 2oC - 8oC, in a dry, cool place.
