Pork, salt, spice mix (coriander, pepper), preservatives: sodium nitrite and fir wood smoke.

Nice to eat with bread, salad or as a filling cake
Storage Instructions
Store in cool, dry conditions, the storage temperature should be below 7 degrees C.
