Natto is a traditional Japanese food. Made from boiled soybeans, then incubated with Enzymes (Bacillus natto) at 40oC for 14-18 hours to ferment into light brown beans with high viscosity (the higher the viscosity, the higher the viscosity). The higher the quality, the better the quality of the natto and the sweeter the taste), which has an unpleasant odor to those who are not used to it. Ingredients

Natto soybeans: 99% non-GMO soybeans, 1% natto
Sauce package: Soy sauce (contains soybeans and wheat), sugar, salt, tuna extract, seaweed extract, scallop extract, anchovy extract, flying fish extract, red sea bream meal, extract Shiitake mushroom, flavor enhancer, acidity regulator, water

Instructions For Use

Eat directly after defrosting. Can be served with rice or other dishes.
Open the lid of the box in the direction the arrow points up and remove the plastic film from the box.
Put the sauce packet in and stick the chopsticks in the center of the bean box then mix the beans gently to loosen the hard dried beans.
When the beans become soft, continue to mix in a circular motion for several more times to be able to use.
Note: The more you mix, the softer and whiter the natto will be, this is normal.

Storage Instructions

Store refrigerated below 10 degrees Celsius after opening and use as soon as possible
