TASTING NOTES Colour : Golden color, deep, with silver hints Nose : Floral, ripe fruit, lemon, grape fruit Palate : Fresh and clean, the mid palate is round and soft, with a citrucy finish. Very nice length DESCRIPTION Origin : Val de Loire, Vouvray Vinification : Direct pressing, fermentation at low temperature, fermentation is halted when the balance of alcohol degree + sugar = 11.5 + 24,7 Soil : Clay-and-limestone and clay-and-silica. INFORMATION DETAILS Grape: 100% Chenin. ABV: 11.5%

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
