The San-In is the blended whiskey range from Kurayoshi Distillery. It is composed of two references. Aged for 3 years in American White Oak new barrels. This barrel aging has imbued The San-In Blended Japanese Whisky with vanilla and fruity notes, leaving a pear taste on the finish. The town of Kurayoshi is located in Tottori Prefecture, in western Japan. Surrounded by countryside, the area is full of pure water, generously supplied by snowfall on the Daisen Mountain range. The annual temperature is high and contributes effectively to the aging of the whisky. The pure underground water of the Daisen Mountain provides a smooth and mellow taste to this light and refreshing whisky.
