Details

Mountain ham is a dry ham made from pigs born and raised in our French mountains. Produced in the traditional way, each ham is salted by hand with dry salt and then dried in a refining cellar for a period of around twelve months depending on its weight. During the slow ripening phase, the flavors will develop fully and deliver rich and subtle aromas while maintaining a supple meaty texture. Several awards including the Gold Medal in Paris in 2015.

Pork ( from France), salt, preservative ( potassium nitrate)

Instructions For Use

Use as appetizer or main course, with bread, pasta, salad or other dishes

Storage Instructions

Maximum temperature 18°C . Storing at 0-4°C after opening.
