Filling 52%: ricotta cheese (whey, MILK, salt), P.D.O.* Parmigiano Reggiano cheese 12% , vegetable fibers, cream (from MILK), breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour, water, salt yeast), starches, whey powder (from MILK), sunflower seeds oil, salt, flavorings (contains barley, wheat, MILK), egg white powder.
Pasta 48%: wheat flour 60%, eggs 30%, durum wheat semolina.

Instructions For Use
Cook in plenty of lighty salted boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain and serve.
Storage Instructions
Keep refrigerator at 4-6°C. Once open keep refrigerated and consume within a day.
