Instructions For Use

Naturally defrosted, cooked before eating. Products are processed in the following ways:
- Especially delicious when sautéed with little salt, garlic and thyme leaves, served with sauces (mushrooms, oranges, ...), then can be mixed with vegetables to make salad, or eat sashimi as you like.
– Marinate a little seasoning, pepper, little oil, bake at 180 °C-200 °C for 3-4 minutes.
- Cook soup, porridge with vegetables.

Storage Instructions

In the freezer compartment or at -15°C to -18°C. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
