Details

Each of the grape varieties ion the blend are harvested only when they reach full ripeness, starting with the grenache and concluding with the syrah. The specialists frequently visit the vineyards so as to monitor these maturities. Then the grapes are macerated for 10 days at a controlled and fresh temperature in order to preserve proper and stable structure of the wine.. The pumping of the wine from the vat over, after which the wine is left to mature without any sulphur on fine lees.

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
