TASTING NOTE DRESS Intense ruby red with purple reflections. NOSE The nose is fresh and on the fruit, revealing aromas of small red fruits (blueberry, black plum, morello cherry) mixed with notes of black pepper, as well as cedar and vanilla from aging in barrels. MOUTH The attack is intense, with a beautiful structure and good volume. The mid-palate with soft and elegant tannins opens with notes of red fruits on the nose. The finish is long, with good acidity. DESCRIPTION In order to give the wine its fruit-driven, complex style, the 70% of the vintage is matured in old oak French barrels for 10 months before bottling. Serving temperature: 15-17° C Alc. 13,5% vol.

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
