Details

This rose named after the great-grandfather of M Chapoutier goes through very little racking in order to develop the wine’s volume however keep its stylish freshness. The fermentation takes place at low temperature for 15 days and then the wine is aged on the lees in stainless steel or concrete vats for 3-4 months.

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
