Riunione black ink is harvested from cuttlefish. With minimal amounts of salt and water added, Riunione guarantees a simplistic, high quality squid ink with a brilliant black colour and flavour reminiscent of the sea. Great for rice or pasta-based dishes and a wonderful partner for seafood.

Instructions For Use

Nero di seppia is used to colour both pasta and pasta sauce. Colour your favourite homemade pasta by adding a few grams of ink when adding eggs and salt to semolina flour. Nero di seppia subtly enhances tomato-based sauces.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place.Refrigerate after opening.
