TASTING NOTES This wine shows a brilliant pale straw colour in the glass. The nose lifts with aromas of lemon tart, ginger and citrus blossom. The palate is tightly wound with intense lime fruit at its core. A wine with great power and drive, the complexity of layers include a talc like minerality and juicy freshly squeezed lime citrus which draws out into a crisp zesty finish. INFORMATION DETAILS Variety: 100% Riesling Region: Clare Valley, South Australia Analysis: Alc/vol 12%; Total Acid 7.3g/L; pH 2.9 Ideal serving temperature: 8-10˚C

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
