Ingredients

Barramundi (62,5%), water, sugar, lemon (9,5%), lime juice (5,6%), fresh milk, green chili (1,2%), lime leaf (0,4%), chili, coriander, salt.

Instructions For Use

Outside: No need to defrost. Remove the outer bag.
Heat in minutes following the instrutions on the tray by microwave or boiling.
Note: Do not use air fryer.
Enjoy the meal. In addition, it can be cooked as demanded.
Inside: Microwave: 1. Peal the film partially. 2. Microwave to desired product doneness for 5-7 minutes on Medium high mode or until fully cooked. 3. Remove the film and enjoy.
Boil: 1.Boil water. 2.Boil whole tray to desired product doneness for 13-15 minutes (Different appliances can affect the cooking time). 3. Remove the film and enjoy the meal.

Storage Instructions

≤ -18oC or freezer
