TASTING NOTES The Cabernet Sauvignon variety produces a colourful wine with plenty of tannic presence and good ageing potential, gradually developing complex bouquets in which under-wood aromas stand out. This is a rounded 100% Cabernet Sauvignon with intense fruit aromas (cassis, redcurrant, plum) and subtle spices, offering perfect balance and good length on the palate. DESCRIPTION The grapes are picked by hand and de-stemmed before going into the vats for maceration lasting 10 to 15 days. Pumping-over operations extract the best out of the skins prior to pressing. Some of the wine is matured for 10 months in barrels before being bottled. INFORMATION DETAILS Grape Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
