Fischer Doreleï is an Alsatian amber beer that offers a beautiful balance between a sweet bitterness and subtle notes of caramel, honey and spices. Developed in the great Alsatian brewing tradition, Fischer Doreleï is a real tasting beer. It brings together the taste of the authentic and know-how inspired by an ancestral manufacturing process, but also a breath of audacity and creativity. Fischer beer has been brewed in Alsace since 1821. Today, it is famous throughout France, with Fischer Tradition (blonde pilsner), Fischer Doreleï (amber pilsner), and Fischer Trois Houblons Alsaciens (blonde ale). All are brewed with ingredients from local and sustainable agriculture.
