Above all, no additives, colorings or preservatives; only selected pieces of pork, rind for the base then are incorporated duck breasts, old-fashioned mustard seeds and a fine drizzle of ground Espelette pepper. The collar of fat turns orange-yellow under the action of the chilli and overhangs the jellified cooking juices thanks to the rind.

Duck breast (30%), pork throat, pork fat, duck meat, poultry liver, old-fashioned mustard (4.7%: water, alcohol vinegar (27%), mustard seed, mustard seed coat, salt, flavourings, spice), pork rind, shallot, salt, fresh cream (milk), garlic, Espelette pepper (0.3%), pepper. Contains sulfites.
Instructions For Use
Can be served as a delicious first course, in sandwiches, in buffet spreads, appetizers and snacks…Better when comsume fresh.
Storage Instructions
Keep away from heat and moisture. After opening, keep in the fridge from 0-4oC and consume within 3 days
