Our duck foie gras comes from ducks reared in the open air in our Gascony countryside (including Gers, Landes and Hautes-Pyrénées...) . They are fed corn, force-fed and cooked in the South West.
Ingredients
Duck foie gras, water, Sauternes, salt, pepper, sugar, preservative: nitrite salt.
Instructions For Use
Can be served as a delicious first course, in sandwiches, in buffet spreads, appetizers and snacks…Better when comsume fresh.
Storage Instructions
Keep away from heat and moisture. After opening, keep in the fridge from 0-4oC and consume within 3 days
