TASTING NOTES The name of this cuvée suggests a pronounced minerality where aromas of lilac, peony or peach mingle. This very balanced wine has a rather floral attack on the palate and before unveiling mature tannins. It is a very complex and elegant wine. The finish is tense with almost salinity .. This wine goes very well with complex dishes in sauce, meat or grilled meat. DESCRIPTION About 30% of the harvest is aged in oak barrels for a few months to find roundness and elegance at the final assembly. INFORMATION DETAILS Grape Varieties: 100% Gamay Noir Alcohol:12.5%

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
