TASTING NOTES Colour : Fairly pale yellow with golden highlights. Nose : Expressive with floral and ripe fruit (citrus, quince) notes developing onto honey aromas after a few months. Palate : Fresh attack, very round palate and quite full-bodied. Good balance of sugar and acidity. Long finish characterised by notes of honey and dry fruit. Recommendations : Aperitif, dessert. DESCRIPTION Origin : Val de Loire, east of Tours. Vinification : Direct pressing, fermentation at low temperature, fermentation stopped when balance of percentage of alcohol by volume + sugar = 11.5 + 1.5. Soil : Chalky-clay and clay-siliceous. INFORMATION DETAILS 100% Chenin ABV: 12.5%

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
