TASTING NOTES Colour : Lovely red colour with purplish-blue hints. Nose : Expressive nose with red fruit aromas. Palate : Round and supple on the palate. Recommendations : Will go perfectly well with lamb shanks, veal loin with boletus mushroom or with a goat's cheese. DESCRIPTION Origin : On the right bank of the Vienne, upstream part of Chinon. Soil : Clay-siliceous terroir. Serving condition in C° : 16-18°C INFORMATION DETAILS Alcohol content : 12.5% Grenache: 100% Cabernet Franc

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
