Ingredients
Sunflower Oil, Curry Power (Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Tumeric Power, White Pepper, Coulor: Paprika Extract, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon), (16%), Shallots, Lemongrass (10%), Garlic, Red Chilli (9%), Salt, Coconut Sugar, Galangal Roots, Coriander Roots, Ginger Roots, Kaffir Lime Peel, Lime Juice, White Pepper.
Instructions For Use
Yellow Curry Recipe: Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a sauce pan until very hot. Add the 70g sachet of yellow curry paste. Stir fry until aromatic. Add 1 can (400ml) of coconut mil and 100ml of water. Add 200g of cut-up assorted vegetables (potatoes, onion, cherry tomatoes). Add 10 praws headless 8or tofu). Season with 1 tablespoon of fish sauce. (or salt) and 1 tablespoon f sugar. Simmer until cooked through.
