TASTING NOTES Of a dark and intense shiny red. Aromas of ripe dark berries (blueberries and blackberries). On the palate, these fruit notes are also present, with red plum jam nuances and a very elegant mineral touch. The oak notes are perfectly integrated. Sweet tannins and a long aftertaste. DESCRIPTION Aging: 10 month in French (80% ) and American (20%) oak Serve at 17-18oC. Pair with red meat, roast lamb, braised vegetables, strong cheeses. INFORMATION DETAILS Alcohol Degree: 14.5% VOL. Grape: Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha Tintorera

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
