TASTING NOTE Vivid ruby. A bouquet of evolving secondary aromas of black berry fruits, brambles and bay. Followed up by spicy notes, tamarind and graphite. Round and full, tannins are well-intergrated with fruitiness and minerality, all riding on a vein of acidity DESCRIPTION Grape varieties: Groppello, Barbera, Sangiovese and Marzemino The wine is aged in French oak barrel for 18 months Alcohol: 14% Serving temperature: 16 - 18° C Pairing: Rich and hearty dishes featuring red meats, game or very mature hard cheese.

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
