Ingredients
Fresh vegetable extract 15.4% (shallot, gralic, ginger, pineapple, spring onion), salt, sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, paml oil, corn starch, pepper, oyster, INS 621, INS 631, INS 627, INS 160c (i), INS 150a
Instructions For Use
Direction for use: 1 pack sauce for fried meat use for 500g spare ribs /pork
1. Marinate meat with Barona Sauce for fried meat in 20 to 30 minutes.
2. Fry shallot and garlic until fragrant, add marinated meat and turn occasionally until they get the firm texture.
3. Pour water to nearly cover meat and simmer until meat is well done and sauce is almost thicken.
4. Serve in a plate. Enjoy with steamed rice.

Storage Instructions
Keep in dry, cool place, avoid direct sunlight and once opened, keep refrigerated.
